Some great recipes to jazz up your normal Formula 1 shake! Just throw all the ingredients into a blender and enjoy.
Totally Tropical Shake

- 2 scoops of Tropical Fruit Formula 1
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 medium orange (peeled and de-seeded)
- 1/2 banana
- 200ml skimmed milk (or soya milk)
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Chocnana Shake

- 2 scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
- 1 banana
- 250ml skimmed milk (or soya milk)
